Security has also been a top priority for us and we take every necessary step to ensure the safety of our community and their funds, to take even further steps NeoCortexAI is introducing the refund policy to protect community investments in IAiO.

Terms and conditions of the NeoGuard policy

NeoGuard policy shall apply if one or more events below happen:

1. IAiO of the project poses a safety or security risk to users or the platform of NeoCortexAI
2. Any information provided by the project is incomplete, invalid, misleading, or untrue;
3. The token smart contract is reported to have errors that potentially affects the token minting & distribution process.
4. Price of the IAiO token falls below TGE price
5. Other events that indicate any potential risk to IAiO investors.

NeoGuard Mechanism

1. Investors are eligible for refund within 48 hours if price falls below the IAiO price.
2. If the value of a token falls below the price set during the IAiO while the token is still in its vesting period, and if it fails to rise back above the IAiO price within 5 days of the price falling down, the contractor holds the right to issue a refund for the remaining portion of their investment allocation.
