Urgent Notice: Detail Report of the Incident 28th June 2023

We write to you today with a sense of urgency and responsibility, as we must address a recent situation that has affected our project. After doing the thorough investigation, NeoCortexAI recently experienced a predicament involving one of our market making wallets, which had trading bots attached. This incident resulted in the unauthorized selling of our $CORAI tokens by the compromised Market Making Wallet. In an attempt to mitigate the situation, we promptly took action by removing liquidity, but we could only remove half of the liquidity as we had already locked the other half of liquidity for 6 months, therefore we had to quickly liquidate our $CORAI holdings tokens to recover the funds and to reduce the losses before the hacker could sell off at higher price.
We would like to inform our community that the $CORAI smart contract had No Flaws or Any Breach of Security, and all our Cold Wallet, $CORAI Team Token plus Ecosystem token holdings were Not Compromised. We are currently in discussions with the market making team involved, seeking a resolution and that refund of the compromised funds is being agreed as compensation to the project.
The team diligently waited for the hacker to clear its balance, intending to restore stability to the price after that. However, we were encountered by bots that started buying at a very low price which therefore led us to the decision to initiate the minting of a new token for the betterment of all our beloved holders and project.
During the incident, we were fortunate that the compromised amount was not significant, thanks to our team’s rapid response. Had the team not reacted promptly the losses could be huge. To ensure transparency and fairness, we took screenshots of token balances of all the holders on June 28th, till 10:05 AM UTC. As a result, only those who possessed $CORAI tokens before the screenshot will be eligible for the upcoming airdrop. It is essential to note that individuals who acquired or traded $CORAI tokens after the screenshot (10:05 AM UTC) will not be included in the airdrop process as we have already announced officially through our telegram channels to stop trading $CORAI.
Moving forward, our priority is to restore normal operations and safeguard the interests of our valued community.
Airdropped:
We are committed to compensating our loyal holders through the planned airdrop, ensuring they receive the tokens they rightfully owned before the incident occurred. Airdrop will be happening momentarily under the new ticker nCORAI. The team is currently reviewing and cross checking all the wallet holders and making sure everyone is airdropped.

Unclaimed Token:
For the rest of the token holder vesting currently in other launch pads, ( Kommunitas, KDG, Duckstarter, Genshard) will be airdropped to respective launchpads and the launchpad will distribute accordingly. (P.S coordinate with your respective launchpad).
For those holders that are vesting currently in NeoCortexAI vesting portal will be able to claim from the new vesting portal that will be live in the next 24hrs-72hrs.
Staked Token:
Stakeholders who participated in token staking will be rewarded with the same amount of tokens they had initially staked plus the staking reward as well by the end of the staking period.
